    Sales people are not pushy at all. I did get handed around a bit due to my sales guy had plans on delivery day. They handled it without a problem. Finance guy can be a little pushy, he couldn't match the repayments of my own broker. Service dept is organised well but could use some lessons in paying attention to issues. Twist their arms for better pricing. Trade-in values lower than expected.
